This intensive five day liveaboard course (four days if only two students), teaches everything that you need to know in order to bareboat charter monohull and/or catamaranas up to 50ft, in daylight hours, anywhere in the world where charter bases exist. This course starts at 10am on day one, and ends around 6pm on the last day. We will discuss how to provision for a multiday sail, and go shopping around lunchtime on day one. This course covers basic paper and electronic navigation (ASA 105 & 106 have much more advanced navigation), general boat systems, such as fuel systems, engine coolant systems, basic electrical, galley cooking, and refrigeration. We build upon sailing, docking, and manuevering skills found in 103, while covering a wide range of topics during our daily two hour lectures and one hour quizzes.
